Welcome to Depth 60. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our site or purchasing from us.

1. Company Overview

Depth 60 is a fine lab-grown diamond jewelry company offering luxurious, high-quality pieces with uncompromising craftsmanship and value. Our mission is to simplify the diamond buying process and build lifelong relationships through honesty, transparency, and exceptional service.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Third-Party Payment Providers

Depth 60 accepts the following secure payment methods:

  • All major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal
  • Venmo
  • Shopify Payments
  • Affirm

By selecting one of these providers at checkout, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by that provider. All financing decisions, terms, approvals, and denials are handled solely by the respective payment provider and are not controlled by Depth 60.

Important:
Depth 60 does not store or retain any of your payment information. All transactions are securely encrypted and processed through the respective third-party provider’s secure gateway.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take up to 21 days to be created and shipped. You will be notified of timelines prior to purchase.

Note:
Klarna is not available for custom or made-to-order items.

5. Product Descriptions & Availability

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, Depth 60 reserves the right to correct errors or cancel orders due to inaccuracies or stock changes.

6. Promotions & Discounts

Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied. One code per order unless otherwise stated. Depth 60 reserves the right to change or cancel promotions at any time.

7. Warranty & Repairs

Depth 60 offers a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized repairs

8. Diamond Certification

All certified diamonds are guaranteed authentic and include grading reports from IGI, GIA, or HRD. Certification details are shown on the product page and included with the order where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and images on www.depth60.com are the intellectual property of Depth 60 and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Depth 60 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and will be resolved through binding arbitration in Suwanee, GA unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
