At Depth 60, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Window
For orders paid with Klarna, you have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund to your original payment method.
For non-Klarna orders, our standard 14-day return policy applies, subject to the same conditions below.
Eligibility
Returned items must:

Be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition.

Include all original packaging and certifications (if applicable).

Not be custom-made, engraved, or marked as final sale (these are non-refundable unless damaged or defective).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email depth60llc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We do not offer store credit in place of refunds.
Exchanges
If you prefer, you may exchange your eligible item for another within the 14-day period. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
